Executive Coaching Process

  • At Morningstar Ventures, every executive coaching client program is custom designed to meet the individual’s needs.
  • Clear goals established at start of program.
  • Face-to-face meetings combined with scheduled telephone meetings and unlimited email access/ “emergency” calls.
  • Personal and 360° assessment tools used as appropriate; will utilize client companies’ tools.
  • Minimum six month commitment; prefer one year depending on current situation and outcomes desired.
