Executive Coaching Process At Morningstar Ventures, every executive coaching client program is custom designed to meet the individual’s needs. Clear goals established at start of program. Face-to-face meetings combined with scheduled telephone meetings and unlimited email access/ “emergency” calls. Personal and 360° assessment tools used as appropriate; will utilize client companies’ tools. Minimum six month commitment; prefer one year depending on current situation and outcomes desired.
