At Morningstar, we model what we teach. And one of the things we teach is the value of diverse skills and talents in the people that make up the organization. Our team of facilitators and consultants are leading-edge

practitioners, each with their own unique expertise and each dedicated to functioning as part of a larger project team dedicated to Morningstar’s client results.

Our team is comprised of seasoned business professionals, each bringing the paradoxical experience of working inside large organizations and managing his or her own company. They bring this skill and knowledge to bear on the complex and often chaotic challenges faced by our clients large and small.

Trust in Andrea’s expertise and values enables leaders to take a courageous risk that is transformative in their lives as well as the viability of their organizations.

Andrea has created unparalleled results with a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies in diverse business sectors. Her expertise spans:

  • Leadership development through proven and innovative processes.
  • Team and individual assessment to uncover hidden enablers or derailers of optimum collaboration.
  • Innovative learning opportunities that strengthen technical and leadership competencies.
  • Executive coaching that is personal, customized and gets results.
  • Organizational design for a complex global world.
  • Communications skills that make an intentional impact in a world of double speak and political correctness.

Andrea’s work includes enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives as well as specific assignments with executives and their teams. Andrea is recognized as a trusted partner that gets results, as evidenced by the success of her practice and longevity of her client relationships. Her programs and methods meet leaders where they are in their own development and move them beyond the superficial to integrated behavioral change.

She has created numerous popular programs such as Courageous Conversations and Coaching Agility. Her Advanced Consulting Skills Course is sought-after, and she has authored diverse articles on the nature of change, leadership development and communication.

Andrea received her Bachelor of Science from Millikin University, her Consulting Practices Certification from the Meridian Institute, and she completed graduate studies at University of Kentucky, Lexington.
