She created a custom competency model and corresponding 360 assessments, a performance management system that links business unit goals, core values and competencies to performance metrics, led succession planning and developed core leadership curricula with unique simulations and action learning projects.

John Stoker John has a wide spectrum of consulting experience in a variety of industries: electric utility, manufacturing, health care, pharmaceuticals, banking, telecommunications, aerospace, and state government.
